Meet Dr. Margiotta

Dr. Charles Margiotta was born in San Jose, CA. He attended the University of California in San Diego and following graduation in 1981 he attended Loyola University of Chicago. After earning his DDS degree in 1985, Dr. Margiotta practiced dentistry in Hinsdale, Illinois for one year before returning to California in 1986. Dr. Margiotta took over the dental practice of Dr. Gilbert Bonner, the first dentist in Milpitas.
In 2006, Dr. Margiotta earned a prestigious Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry. This award is earned after taking 500 hours of certified continuing education courses in various dental disciplines, and passing a 400 question exam to demonstrate proficiency in those disciplines.

Meet Our Staff
- Jackie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has worked in our office since October 1991. She provides gentle, personalized care to our patients and enjoys the interactions she has with patients. Jackie sees patients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and two Mondays per month.
- Peggy is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our office in August 1999. She has extensive hygiene experience, and she is excellent in technique and teaching home care to our patients. Peggy sees patients on Thursdays and two Mondays per month.
- Monica is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined our office in November 2005. She assists Michele in the front office and Dr. Margiotta at chairside. She had four years of experience working with children in a Pediatric dental office prior to working with us. She provides excellent customer service with her appointment reminders.
- Shari brings over 30 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant to our office. She joined us in March 2005, and has impressed us with her professionalism, organization, and treatment of patients. Shari excels at working with patients to make them comfortable during treatment.
- Michele is our front office administrator who started working with us in June 2005. She has over 20 years of experience in the medical/dental field and is very knowledgeable about insurance. She is the person that you will most likely speak to when you need assistance with your account or insurance questions.
